Privacy Policy

This policy explains how hoardingcleanupprincetonin.com collects, uses, retains, and protects information, together with important service limitations and regulatory terms.

Princeton, IndianaUnited StatesLast Revised: 2025

Who This Applies To

This policy governs all persons who access, browse, submit inquiries through, or otherwise interact with hoardingcleanupprincetonin.com, referred to throughout as “this portal” or “the Company.”

Using this portal in any capacity, even passively, constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read and accepted every term stated here. If you disagree with any part of this policy, your only remedy is to stop using this portal immediately.

The Nature of Our Services

The Company provides professional hoarding cleanup, estate clearing, and biohazard remediation services in and around Princeton, Indiana. The work is physically intensive, legally regulated, and carries inherent risks. Because of that, this policy is written to be direct. Nothing is buried.

Data We Collect and Why

This portal collects information in two ways: information you voluntarily provide and information generated automatically when you visit.

Voluntary Submissions

Voluntary submissions include your name, phone number, property address, and any description of the job you enter through contact or inquiry forms. We use this information to call you back, assess the scope of work, and schedule service. We do not collect more than we need.

Automatic Data

Automatic data may include your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URLs, and session duration. This information is collected through standard server logs and, where applicable, third-party analytics tools. It is used to maintain portal functionality and identify technical problems, not to build marketing profiles.

Information From Minors

We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If a minor has submitted information through this portal, contact our dispatch line immediately so that the data can be located and deleted.

Liability Shield

All cleanup and remediation services rendered through hoardingcleanupprincetonin.com and its affiliated service providers are performed on an as-is, where-is basis. The Company and any affiliated service providers assume zero liability for the circumstances described below.

1. Pre-existing structural damage. Properties scheduled for hoarding cleanup or biohazard remediation frequently contain hidden structural deterioration, including compromised flooring, weakened load-bearing elements, corroded plumbing, or damaged electrical systems obscured by accumulated material. The Company is not responsible for any pre-existing structural damage discovered during or after cleanup operations, regardless of when that damage is identified or by whom.

2. Undisclosed hazardous materials. The Company cannot test for, anticipate, or safely manage biohazards, chemical contamination, controlled substances, biological agents, or environmental hazards that were not disclosed before service begins. If such materials are encountered, operations may be suspended. The Company bears no liability for costs, delays, or damages arising from undisclosed hazardous conditions.

3. Authorized item disposal. Any items, property, or materials whose removal, disposal, or destruction has been explicitly authorized by the client, verbally or in writing, are processed at the client’s sole direction and risk. Once authorization is given and items are removed, the Company assumes no responsibility for the loss, destruction, or irreversibility of that removal.

These liability exclusions are not negotiable and are not waived by any verbal representation made by any Company employee or contractor.

Indiana Regulatory Compliance

The Company operates in formal compliance with applicable regulations issued by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM). Biohazardous waste, contaminated materials, and regulated substances encountered during remediation work are handled, transported, and disposed of in accordance with IDEM standards.

Clients may request documentation of disposal practices by contacting our dispatch line. Nothing in this portal or its associated service agreements constitutes a waiver of IDEM compliance obligations.

How Your Data Is Shared

The Company does not sell personal data. We may share your information only when necessary with affiliated service providers, regulatory bodies, law enforcement, or business successors.

Affiliated service providers: Crew dispatchers, subcontractors, and equipment operators receive only the information needed to complete the assignment.

Regulatory bodies and law enforcement: Information may be disclosed when required by law, court order, or mandatory reporting obligations.

Business successors: Information may transfer in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. If that occurs, this policy travels with the data.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This portal uses cookies, which are small data files stored on your device, to maintain session continuity and gather aggregate analytics.

You can instruct your browser to reject cookies or alert you when they are set. Doing so may affect how portions of this portal function. We do not use cookies to track you across third-party websites or build behavioral advertising profiles.

Data Retention

Client inquiry records and job-related data are retained for a minimum of five years following the date of last service or last contact, whichever is later. This retention period reflects both IDEM documentation requirements and standard business liability windows.

After the applicable retention period, data is deleted or anonymized in a manner that prevents reconstruction of personal identifiers.
