Discovery of such conditions during service does not obligate the Company to halt work and does not create financial liability on the Company’s part.
Undisclosed biohazards and chemical contamination. The client bears sole responsibility for disclosing all known biohazards, chemical agents, controlled substances, biological waste, sharps, or environmental contaminants before service begins. Any undisclosed hazard encountered during operations, including animal remains, human waste, meth lab residue, asbestos-containing materials, or unknown chemical compounds, releases the Company and its affiliated providers from all resulting liability.
Client-authorized item removal and disposal. Any item the client explicitly authorizes for removal, disposal, or destruction during the cleanup process is considered permanently removed. The Company assumes no liability for the loss, destruction, or irretrievability of any such item once authorization is given, whether verbally or in writing.
Regulatory Compliance
All biohazard remediation and waste disposal operations conducted through service providers affiliated with this portal adhere to applicable regulations established by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM).
Waste classification, transport, and disposal protocols follow IDEM guidelines for solid waste and hazardous materials as codified under Indiana law. Clients may direct compliance-related questions to the dispatch line listed below.
Client Obligations Before Service Begins
You are required to disclose all known hazards at the property before any crew arrives. This includes narcotics, weapons, biologically active materials, structural instability, active utilities with known faults, and any prior environmental remediation history.
Failure to disclose known hazards is a breach of these terms and shifts all consequential liability entirely to the client.
You must also have legal authority to authorize cleanup at the property. Tenants acting without landlord consent, executors without probate authority, and unauthorized third parties do not have standing to engage services through this portal.
The Company is not responsible for verifying authorization. That responsibility rests entirely with the person requesting or approving the service.
Promotional Vouchers and Gift Cards
Any promotional voucher, discount code, or gift card issued in connection with hoardingcleanupprincetonin.com or its affiliated service providers carries a cash value of $0.00.
These instruments are completely non-refundable under any circumstance, including service cancellation, dissatisfaction, or the client’s decision not to proceed. No cash equivalent will be issued, and no credit will be applied retroactively.
All promotional vouchers and gift cards are completely void within the State of California and may not be redeemed, transferred, or applied toward services rendered in California.

Limitation of Liability

Total liability, where liability is found to exist at all, is capped at the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service at issue.
Disputes and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute arising from use of this portal or services arranged through it must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Gibson County, Indiana.
